Web Developer - IT Assistant

SGL is currently hiring a Web Developer - IT Assistant for its IT department in Ottawa. This position involves the creation of a website that utilizes the UX/UI design principles that focus on creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centric digital experiences by reducing cognitive load and providing clear, consistent, and efficient interactions.

Website creation and maintenance; build, design, and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Front-end development, with back-end experience in at least one server-side language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP)
Status reports on projects as required, and detailed records and documentation
General IT assistance across the Ottawa office, as assigned
